I'm not confident he filled out his ballot. We should call for an investigation of voter fraud. Get handwriting experts on it.

At this point I’d bet money he isn’t a US citizen and nobody has bothered to check.

East German Stasi snitch from Putin clan

You joke, but I remember back in 2015/2016 some posts in the more tinfoil subreddits claiming they had evidence he may have been born in Afghanistan. They included photos of a toddler that admittedly look like a toddler who could have grown up to look like Trump in scenes that looked generically sandy. I also wouldn’t rule out a Hank Hill situation where Trump was born in another country while his parents were traveling. Trump would still be a US citizen, but it would be sweet schadenfreude that if this were true and not baseless speculation that Trump would be “guilty” of the same thing that Trump accused Obama of in the middle of all that birther shit.

Dramatic-Emphasis-43 Mar 26, 2026 +15
I’m not really joking that much. Dude projects hard.

clintgreasewoood Mar 26, 2026 +8
I’m pretty sure his mother’s family is from Scotland and his paternal grandfather was banished from the Kingdom of Bavaria for being a draft dodger.

sharp11flat13 Mar 26, 2026 +9
> his paternal grandfather was banished from the Kingdom of Bavaria for being a draft dodger He then moved to Canada to [open a brothel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_Trump#Yukon_Gold_Rush;_Trump's_hotels_and_brothels). The apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree.

His projection onto Obama guarantees he’s actually from Kenya.

Autopen-gate.

Wonderful-Pause1048 Mar 26, 2026 +4
Do you have to write when voting in US? In Germany we make one or two X, depending …..
4
CarpeDiem082420 Mar 26, 2026 +5
In my state, voters fill in bubbles. No writing required unless there’s an option to write in a candidate. The ballots differ from state to state because they also include state and local elections.
5
cenosillicaphobiac Mar 26, 2026 +4
In my state, you have to sign it. And then you have to check online to make sure that your signature was accepted. If it's marked as not-counted, you have a couple of days of grace period to rectify it.
4
Wonderful-Pause1048 Mar 26, 2026 +1
thx
1
RunninOnMT Mar 26, 2026 +3
It’s different state to state. In my state it’s all mail in ballots and I believe they have to be signed at the end. You also put in your e mail address for them to contact you if they have problems.
3
cenosillicaphobiac Mar 26, 2026 +3
Same here, and you can go check the website to make sure it was counted. Which I highly recommend.
3
Cakiea Mar 26, 2026 +1
We’re fully mail-in in WA, the signature is on the outside of the envelope our completed ballots go in and is separated from the ballot for anonymity once verified.
1
Wonderful-Pause1048 Mar 26, 2026 +3
In Germany, every eligible voter receives a voter registration notice about two months before the election. On Election Day, the voter goes to their polling place with this notice and, in any case, their ID card; they register with the staff as a voter, receive their ballot, go into the voting booth, and mark their choice(s). Then they place the folded ballot in the ballot box. Done. If something‘s wrong with the election, it has to be repeated.
3
Illustrious_looser Mar 26, 2026 +2
In my state you sign the evelope and optionally provided a phone# in case some kind of clarification is needed.
2
flindersrisk Mar 26, 2026 +1
But don’t you have to sign the ballot? A signature is then checked against the Registry to ensure the ballot is valid.
1
AwayInternal326 Mar 26, 2026 +1
You have to write a bit to fill out the application and then also to attest that you filled out the ballot, at least in my state. The actual ballot where you fill in the bubbles gets separated and mixed in with all the rest so there's nothing you could do about that at this point.
1
Rezart_KLD Mar 26, 2026 +3
Probably used the autopen to sign the envelope.
3

Trump lies about everything. He's a pathological liar. Lying is *what he does*.
440
Dramatic-Emphasis-43 Mar 26, 2026 +94
If he isn’t lying he’s usually very confused because his brain is dying AND he’s incredibly stupid.
94
Myheelcat Mar 27, 2026 +2
Have you seen him tell the truth. He looks like one of those broken shopping cart with the wonky wheel. He just can’t do that shit , he short circuits when he tells the truth

Orange Felon's whole family is full of criminals.

It’s exhausting when it feels like truth doesn’t matter. Expecting honesty from leaders is the bare minimum, you’re actually right.
11
thereverendpuck Mar 26, 2026 +2
We’ve moved on to even possibly true doesn’t even matter any more. Who actually believe Iran would a) send him a gift and b) ask if he wanted to be Supreme Ruler?
2
User-1653863 Mar 26, 2026 +135
His polling place is probably too close to a school for him to legally enter.

31
the_well_read_neck_ Mar 26, 2026 +12
They can in Florida if it's not for murder/homicide.
12
Bloody_buttplugs Mar 26, 2026 +6
As long as we are not currently on probation we can. I was always under the assumption I couldn’t. Then last year I casted my first vote for Kamala. I tried sorry.

ahhhyesthatisme Mar 26, 2026 +72
the news needs to hit back and fact check him to his face ALL THE TIME
72
caitnicrun Mar 26, 2026 +30
FR . Had they been doing this in 2016 we wouldn't be on the brink of world war.
30
Th3_Admiral_ Mar 26, 2026 +5
Yeah, but being on the brink of a world war drives lots of traffic to news sites! No one pays attention to the news when things are peaceful and boring.
5
b_tight Mar 26, 2026 +7
The mainstream press hasnt done this ever. Like, its been propaganda the entire time. All of it
7
Wise-Calligrapher123 Mar 26, 2026 +5
It's not even fact checking, it just asking basic follow up questions. Somehow, Trump has this Jedi mind trick that seems to make people accept whatever bullshit he speews as real, where just asking for clarification would expose that he is lying or doesn't know what he's talking about.
5
TylerKnowy Mar 26, 2026 +3
Journalist are afraid of losing access which is why so many softballs are thrown at him. Even the softballs get journalists kicked out and I also doubt the company they work for wouldnt look kindly on them trying to be martyr for an exposition that will hurt them and the company
3
sharp11flat13 Mar 26, 2026 +1
Yes. The follow-up question should have been “Sir, how do we know that you didn’t votes hundreds of times?”.
1
Winnie_rulez Mar 26, 2026 +16
What's extra funny is the MAGA candidate lost in his district (that includes Mara Lago) despite Trump having won the district by double digits in 2024.
16
PsychologicalCase10 Mar 26, 2026 +13
Lied?? That’s voter fraud. Throw out his vote.
13
DebentureThyme Mar 26, 2026 +2
It doesn't matter, the thing the GOP never mentions is that Florida allows anyone, without any reason needed, to request a mail in ballot. The state is filled with so many elderly that's is basically mandatory.  They'd never force those people to go to the poll given how many of them have physical ailments. The lines would also be so long while they slowly made their way through at their own pace, readign the things and filling them out so slowly, let alone how much they'd have to be supported as they tried to make sense of any machines in use. They'll always carve out an exception for the elderly - not because they care about them, but because tha voting block overwhelmingly votes for them.  If that ever changed, they'd seek to remove exceptions for them.
2
sxyaustincpl Mar 26, 2026 +5
It gets even better. Florida allows Military personnel deployed overseas to vote ONLINE! The same people saying the mail isn't secure, and machines that count paper ballots shouldn't be used, in case they get connected to the Internet, let's people vote via the Internet!
5
DebentureThyme Mar 27, 2026 +2
Ffs, mail is one thing.  There's great standard of practice to follow there to ensure it's safe. [But online voting is a big NO. ](https://youtu.be/LkH2r-sNjQs)
2
sxyaustincpl Mar 27, 2026 +1
Estonia conducts all elections online, they provide each citizen a secure digital ID. Switzerland and several other countries are moving towards universal online voting. Florida isn't even the only US state which allows some form of online voting.
1
DebentureThyme Mar 27, 2026 +3
[Tom Scott explains it way better than I ever could](https://youtu.be/LkH2r-sNjQs)
3
sxyaustincpl Mar 27, 2026 +2
My reasoning is simple I wouldn't trust the clowns in this administration to run a lemonade stand, nevermind something as technical as online voting
2
DebentureThyme Mar 27, 2026 +2
The point is also that with other forms, it's very hard to commit fraud at scale.  One you find a flaw in online voting, fraud at a large scale becomes very easy.
2
PsychologicalCase10 Mar 27, 2026 +1
I have a student in my Government class who asked me why don’t we have the option to vote online. I really didn’t have an answer for her.
1
DebentureThyme Mar 27, 2026 +3
[Watch the Tom Scott video.](https://youtu.be/LkH2r-sNjQs) The simplified summary?  Every form of voting has weaknesses, but it's very hard to exploit in person voting, or by mail, *at scale*.  Getting a single person's ballot does relatively nothing overall, and it's hard to manipulate at scale without being caught. Successfully faking who you are in person does relatively nothing for the same reasons. But a flaw in an online system could be exploited very easily to steal an entire election.
3
DebentureThyme Mar 26, 2026 +9
Note that he responded: > “We have exceptions for mail-in ballots, you do know that, right?” he said, fumbling his words as he pointed to exceptions like military service, illness, disability, and “being away.” Not one of those applied to him. One: He wasn't away.  He's been at Marlago every weekend the last few weeks.  He's been seen playing golf. Two: Conservatives, I dare you to ask your friends, without saying Trump said it, if "being away" is a valid reason to vote by mail. This isn't my issue, I'm fine with universal mail in voting.  But that exception isn't in the SAVE act, it wouldn't be allowed.  It isn't what the GOP is fighting for.  He made it up in the moment as a justification for why he did it, and it would never be allowed for the general population under GOP plans. Florida doesn't have "exceptions", btw.  Anyone, without reason, can request a mail in ballot in Florida.  He's talking out his ass to justify his rhetoric.

Unauthorized question! Doubleplus ungood!

bordumb Mar 26, 2026 +6
People don’t seem to REALLY understand… His lying is pathological. It is part of his mental illness. He lives in a fantasy world where he does what he wants and he violates the very rules he puts on others. It is all about control. His need to control is pathological. It is a sickness. There is no sense in trying to understand or reason with him. Trying to reason with his mind is like trying to reason with cancer—cancer doesn’t give a f***. It’s going to do what cancer does. Same with his mind. It’s a cancer. He is too mentally ill to be reasoned with. It’s called malignant narcissism. Best thing to do is throw him in a loony bin.

> “I hope I haven’t screwed up your negotiations,” Trump joked to Witkoff. They can't even wait for negotiations to end (or even start) to start mocking and dunking on their opponents. He's the worst f****** deal-maker ever

Felons can vote now?
3

Photo op of him going in to vote in person at an early voting site and flashing his passport or something would have been a layup, but he probably would have shot it down.

He can go play golf every f****** weekend but can’t stay to vote. BULL SHIT!

Legends say if you whisper "I am above the law" into the mirror 3 times on January 6, it summons Donald Trump, who then grabs you by the pu**y

At what point is this shit enough even for his own base? There’s no way they can truly think he’s doing amazing right? We know they had no problem calling out Biden for even 5% of what this guy does.

Yawn, the least glaring lied he lied about this morning. He had all those mail in vote exceptions in his back pocket ready to roll. It's moments like that I wonder... does he really have dementia? Is he still the same old d***** he always was, just a little slower?
1
Catspaw129 Mar 27, 2026 +1
According to reports I have read: \- He claimed he was too busy to vote in person \- Hence the mail-in ballot \- During the early voting period he spent some time in FL, playing golf. So, if we apply logic, playing golf is a valid reason for mailing-in your ballot.
1
Swimming_Major_9440 Mar 26, 2026 +1
Umm… isn't his address 1600 Pennsylvania ave? Why is he voting on Florida? I know, he owns property but it's not his official address, right? 🤷
