That's hilarious considering many of the new hires for ICE in the last year probably would struggle to get job as a law enforcement officer in many cities due to lack of physical fitness. Some of the guys they hired get winded after a short jog. I couldn't see some of these guys passing the physical to do a non desk job in most law enforcement agencies. Especially after the bubba comment that Trump comment sounds a little homoerotic.

This is pretty disturbing. Trump openly praising ICE agents for being "much larger and stronger" and talking about them like they're his personal enforcement squad. Feels less like law enforcement and more like building a loyal paramilitary force. We've seen where this kind of rhetoric leads. Anyone else getting concerned about the direction this is heading?

Been concerned for over a decade. Look at iran.  No intelligence, no planning, no coherent goals for what we're doing and why.   The actions of the military are more like mercs at Trump's disposal than the actions of a nation state's armed forces advancing the interests of the United States.  This is how he has always viewed organizations he had executive power in -  like an extension of himself.   He doesn't understand or care about fiduciary duty
