Strategically Iran MUST call his bluff again, at least one more time, I'm pretty sure they know that and won't bend on their terms yet. I definitely don't trivialise the loss of life that will result but cannot see why Iran would negotiate under threats when it's abundantly clear if they take a little more short-term pain they get a clear upper hand.
