How is this not surrendering?
How is leaving a war that you started, ranting about how other countries should be sorting out the mess you made, and not getting any sort of agreement from the people you started the war with, not surrendering?

Should start bying oil from there in yen. He is like my toddler, makes a mess, gets bored and dosent want to clean up after.
