>President Donald Trump replaced the first victim of his reputation-burning inner circle, Kristi Noem, on Tuesday
I thought the first victim of his reputation-burning inner circle was Sean Spicer.

That was in round one. Thanks to those who wanted a repeat, we get to start all over again now.

Shhhhh, if you remember the that Trump was just as incompetent in his first term, the 70 million amnesiacs that voted to give him another shot will feel even dumber, and might elect Grok in 2028 to lash out.

I mean, Trump has dementia and he's had a *lot* of strokes. Some brain damage is to be expected from him by this point.

Can't wait for people to have their own strokes to patriotically support trump. Fetterman was ahead of the curve as usual.

Half his face was drooping during the 9/11 ceremony earlier this year. He clearly had a stroke. I can't believe Jake Tapper hasn't already published a book about it.

Were his strokes reported and I missed it? Or is that a joke about his shitty golf game?

It's because he had a press conference after one his emergency medical visits that every was saying was standard care (that he seems to need event few months), and he said something along the lines of "I did not just have series of mini strokes" in response to a unrelated question.
Which in Trump speak means he 100% had a series of mini strokes and that's why he was having sudden medical care.
Edit: typo

There was also the time he showed up after being radio silent for several days and the right side of his face was drooping.

Damn. I got as far as:
snyafrd = "Surely not? You are ???, right, dude?"
when trying to decipher this latest internet acronym. Was looking for a synonym for "joking" that starts with an "f".

Trump has always demonstrated a reptilian level of intellect driven by impulsive base desires and the absence of any intellectual curiosity, empathy or nuance. This is only going to get worse as his dementia progresses and we know every billionaire, oligarch and the spineless pond scum who are his political allies are lining up to get their evil agenda rubber stamped into law. We’re just watching Republicans finally achieve their goal of dismantling America and selling off the pieces to the highest bidder.

Just like the fall of the Soviet Union. Rich folk capturing different industries and holding power. I think it’s a cosmic, silver lining that Trump is so f****** stone dumb. If we had our version of Putin, shit would’ve been a wrap decades ago.

Observers at the event noted that the President appeared to struggle with multi-syllabic words during the introduction of Senator Mullin, while Attorney General Bondi mistakenly referred to the DHS as the "Department of Homeowner Security" during her brief remarks. While the administration chalks this up to a grueling travel schedule, critics are pointing to it as evidence of a "fatigued" executive branch as they navigate the 2026 DHS funding crisis....

That picture!
The golden spray painted wallmart decoration. Donald making his monkey face. To his right some dude who looks twelve. You have to ask yourself who he is. Maybe the new CIA director? Will that guy reform social security?

As in shaking our heads saying, no, it will be an extremely long time before we spend our hard earned money in a Nazified shithole like the United States of America. As nice as Trumps ICE goons may seem, no thank you.

The signs are there... DO YOUR OWN FIRST HAND RESEARCH on Trump, and use the [Alzheimer's Associations' checklist](https://www.alz.org/getmedia/15db9fd4-81c7-449d-a4a8-1db2b9f8707b/alzheimers-dementia-10-warning-signs-worksheet.pdf) to objectively make your assessment.

They swore in the plumber to lead Homeland Security. The good thing about most plumbers is they help with flushing turds down, but this plumber is trying to keep massive turds afloat.
