Says as he threatens to "review" America's stance on the Falklands. Trump truly is something special.

>Says as he threatens to "review" America's stance on the Falklands. To be fair, the US has been playing both sides on the Falklands war since the 70s. Obama was criticised for suggesting that Argentina has a point.

I bet it was Obama. Or Biden. Or Zelensky

Or Hillary, or Hunter Biden's BWC

What a timeline, his own brother just lost his name and title for ties with Epstein and now the King has to fly to America and kiss the ass of Epstein's best friend.

Should be an interesting conversation when the Orange A****** tells the King that he's punishing the UK (yet again) with more tariffs and helping Argentina invade the Falklands.

What is funny is that Trump probably does not understand what (little) power the kings of modern democratic monarchies have. "Shiny crown! Much gold! Must be an important person!"

Saint naivity... Nobody can fix relations with this administration. Even more: range of next administrations will have to do hell of job to get any trust to USA.

The King is diplomatic and will go see Trump to offer friendship through history without the UK government having to do or say anything about current relations.

This is where the soft power of the monarch can be put to good use by the government. If King Charles has learned anything from his mother, he'll know how to handle Trump.

Yes, if Donnie bends the knee. Don't quite see how else to repair the relations he set on fire.

Like a visiting grandparent, it all depends on what they bring him.

Trump has a curious definition of "repair" after saying he wants to review England's claim to the Falkland Islands. No, that was too kind. Trump is completely unhinged, and virtually everything he says is a lie - and usually incoherent. The King would be wise to stay home.

Both nations, and really the entire world, could take a big step toward repair if some catastrophic event were to finalize both their existences.
