Fox reports inaccurately without providing evidence constantly. In fact, I seem to remember them winning a lawsuit for this by claiming they were not actually news. They didn’t have to stop labeling as news or anything else after so seems like a CNN slam dunk against the FCC to me.

People are missing something. There was no inaccurate reporting. CNN reported that Iran said they had achieved a great victory. Iran did claim that. Trump just doesn't want people to know that they are anything other than defeated and destroyed, because with them claiming victory that narrative falls apart.

If I were in a negotiation to which both parties agree is the framework for a settlement, i wouldn't care who takes credit. It would be more appropriate to say "we" have agreed to start negotiations from this starting point. I would be happy for both sides to take credit for "winning. " Because everybody loses in a war.
