Yes, the taco back and forth is dementia loss of inhibition and impulsivity. The lack of impulsivity is also coming through in press conferences, blurting out someone has a terminal disease, being passed a note then saying 'woops, I wasn't supposed to read that'.

I think it's suggestibility from dementia and people around him are taking advantage, he referenced 'Mike, Jared etc. told me I should do this war'. it's like the exaggerated claims of elder abuse with Biden but many time worse, Biden wasn't staring WW3.
