Two white parents either the dad or the mom wakes up

I’m trying to remember this movie I saw when I was four. There’s two white parents one of them wakes up and they check on their daughter then the daughter literally starts biting their neck on in some weird way and that scene has one of the parents racing from the window. Idk this is really tripping me out I can’t find it lol.
