The issue is - if they share the objectives, they might fail.
Trump was very clear at the start with regime change. He talked on and on about it. But it was never official objective, because if it does not happen, they fail.
Now if they have Obama deal + open Hormuz, they can sell it as a success and MAGA will believe it.
