Because the IRGC needed time to sell off and move its financial portfolio before sanctions come into place.
People will try and tell you it’s complicated and they have to follow the process, whilst completely ignoring the fact we had hard intelligence proving the IRGC were planning terror attacks inside the UK years ago.

Red tape, will require a committee to review intelligence reports. You can't ban a group by pressing a button.

In figured as much.
And the questions were passively provocative, but there were honest.

I doubt Iran is going to take any notice as, as far as I know, the IRGC is not based in the UK.

IRGC bases in the UK, definitely not.
But there's been lots of ties to IRGC officials and high-ranking members of government buying luxury properties in the UK, using money they've arguably stolen from the Iranian people, and tried to hide through shell companies.

Parliament is currently prorogued (i.e. not in session) until 13 May. For one thing, there are big local elections coming up.

Yes and the moment the zealots realize that the organisation is banned , they'll automatically become liberals.

Lol, you mean some of the few organisations in the UK still working to protect human rights? You might feel better at home in the US or Russia if you have a problem with that concept.
