Very rough waters in UK. They want some kinda magical reform to improve their economy . 10 year bonds are 135 points higher than interest rate. Blasting at Stammer is not going to fix it. Poor fellow.
70% of oil used in uk is extracted off its own shores and yet they don't collect royalty from the extractions since early 2000s..
Why aren't they at least force a royalty program to collect from the oil to reduce the debt.
The should try to encourage the businesses in uk to hire the unemployed with no-experience to improve the flow of money too.

The government are taxing North Sea oil at 70-80%. A royalty program would be the final nail in the coffin.

Taxing is not the same as royalty .. It is a resource tax so whoever digs there returns some of it to the owners,.
