It's a ferry boat you can put train cars on (has rails inside) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_ferry

And while there are a number of them around the world that carry freight, there are only two still in use that transport passenger cars with passengers inside them: the ferry from mainland Italy to Sicily and from mainland China to Hainan Island. It’s a wild experience, especially on the overnight trains to Sicily: lying in bed while being shunted into a boat, crossing the strait, and then being shunted back onto land.

Now I can’t believe no one’s tried to circumnavigate the world in a train yet

Gauges can vary from countries

Well in my imaginary world where I’m wealthy enough to do this I would have a freight car with spare trucks and axles of different sizes

It's possible to make a train that can handle multiple gauges.

I was on one multiple times in my youth traveling through Denmark. But nowadays they have a bridge there.

Besides the main point here I found this piece more interesting:
> According to CyberBoroshno and Defense Express, analysis of imagery and satellite data suggests the strike damaged the ship’s [frigate Admiral Essen hit days earlier in Novorossiysk] bow section near its naval gun and sonar system, potentially affecting its anti-submarine capabilities while leaving its Kalibr missile launch systems intact.
"Potentially affecting" is a bit weak to me. Hitting the bow with an aerial drone is not likely to do a huge amount of damage to a ship. Too bad the other drone hit didn't do more damage and the ship can still launch cruise missiles.

I would imagine that pretty key parts of the anti submarine capabilities are located at the bottom of the boat, probably quite hard to verify damage.

With their Flamingos now getting even longer range and elite drone tactics to create diversions for air defense, I am curious why don't they take out the Kerch bridge once and for all?
