I hope it's swarms of thousands of AI drones that wipe out all the little green men.

I expect improvement in quality, but not in quantity, at least not initially.

Been wondering about that: 5000 AI drones, from a transport plane, sent into a square 50kms wide. Have it be slightly nose-heavy or have a weight shift position(the fragmentary?) inside. When the battery runs out the drone drops nose first and explodes like a grenade due to a contact fuse on the nose.

Two chances of hitting the enemy, that's the magic trick. Come to think about it: doing this at night would be fun for everyone not there.

Bet you could add a magnetic attachment feature, maybe a license plate reader that looks for plates from a target region.

Whatever Budanov considers a surprise, I want to see. :)

Everyone expected the US to invent the Hunter-Killer drones from The Terminator... Ukraine did it.

To a degree. US MIC are definitely conducting R&D in Ukraine right now.

Bad enough for Russia with Ukraine constantly innovating drone technology and now beefing it up with AI to take over control of hardware. Mass of AI powered drones will descend upon Russian invaders soon.

Fully automated AI powered drones that can pick out and strike targets with no human intervention while coordinating with other nearby AI powered drones to create a swarm?

Russia created an army of millions of men, and no concern for their deaths. Ukraine created an army of terminators with no concern for Russia deaths. Ukraine has changed the future of all conflicts.

I mean, it literally says it in the title...

The title kinda spells it out. Ukraine has been destroying Russian anti air capabilities in the last months. Vast opportunities are opening up for drone operations.

Nothing gets by you, hey. Except the title.

Can Russia be useful for once and make this breakthrough impossible? I don't want to live in the terminator timeline

Russia have, and have always had, the option to pick up their things and go home.

It's already a reality, yesterday I watched a video of an AI drone strike some Russians in a boat.

If we’re placing polymarket bets on terminator timeline I’ll still bet my entire life savings on Skynet being born in US or Chinese tech firm, and next time it won’t just be EU, but all of the world counting on Ukraine for countermeasures.
