Here. Anyway given how careless Russian are in general and how difficult it can be to identify corpse without ADN testing I wouldn’t be surprise to hear that those things happens on a regular basics
Btw it's also frequent for Russia to send Ukrainian civilian during POW exchange.

There were proof presented during this talk. And no, before you ask me, I don't have proof that those proof are true.
You're asking for way too much for something that is nothing special. It's not that hard to believe that, during the numerous body swap that, from time to time, the wrong body is send. Either by mistake or to inflate the number. I would actually be way more surprise of the opposite.

Russia claimed they were Ukrainian soldiers. They have to pay money to the families of KIA. They've also sent empty coffins to families, which us really demented.

They only have to pay money to actual families. That means that soldier has family in Ukraine to pay money to.
