This is like RL C&C. GDI fighting in Africa, while NOD is trying to conquer Europe.

Libya is still destabilized and full of warlords eh? I'm starting to think the bombing the f*** out of these countries and leaving the mess isn't a good way of conducting geopolitics.

The west didn’t get militarily involved in Libya until after Gaddafi started bombing his own citizens following the Arab spring uprising. This was one of the rare times when military intervention was the correct decision. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_violations_during_the_Gaddafi_regime

Better for us than Gaddafi funding every destabilizing psycho group that he could funnel money into.

A drop in the bucket compared to the European migration crisis that followed with tens of millions transiting Libya to Europe. The large amount of his regime's weapons ending up in the hands of insurgencies throughout Africa. Libya opened a floodgate of disaster to further destabilize Africa. Nothing but destruction and chaos with little efforts to help past bombing the f*** out of Gaddafi and ensuring local warlords could profit off the chaos and human misery of slavery.

1) Gaddafi directly funded multiple groups that engaged in mass slaughter across Africa. Helped create one of the largest refugee wages of the century in Sudan. 2) theres hundreds dead in europe linked to Gaddafi. 3) Gaddafi sent weapons all across Africa. If the option is choosing between an organized dictator who is acting with intent to destabilize and hurt us on the geopolitical stage vs local chaos then the latter option is clearly superior

Easy to say when you don't live in one of the countries that suffered from that illegal invasion.( I do) At least we can all agree that it helped worsen relations between Europe and Africa, which was needed

they are also in myanmar too teaching how to use drones with CIA. they will work for anyone for money it seems. edit: at least here they had a authorisation to be there: "They have the agreement of the Tripoli-based government led by Abdelhamid Dbeibah, which is recognised by the United Nations."

>they are also in myanmar too teaching how to use drones with CIA. they will work for anyone for money it seems. Well, there's two things in short supply for Ukraine. Money and goodwill from other nations, or at least influential groups. The shitshow in MENA and this here is providing both for Ukraine.

I think they are Military The deployment follows an agreement signed in October between Tripoli and a Ukrainian military adviser, at the request of Ukraine’s military attaché in Algiers, General Andriy Bayouk, RFI’s sources said. but theres a chance some of these may be ex-mili and turned into advisors for multiple reason e.g. battle wounds and age of service limit. Article doesnt really explain but i dont think they are allowing men who are capable of fight out of the front line
