I saw this. It was ok. I can't say it was anything new. The director even warned it's moving so fast it might be outdated. It was. Anthropic is involved in a nasty lawsuit with the Federal Government. OpenAI killed Sora the same week it opened.

looks interesting, especially with the whole 'apocaloptimist' angle. i'm curious to see how they handle the ai chaos and whether it leans more towards hope or doom.

The “hope” side of the film is mostly Ai CEOs who still have some money to make from this.

Extremely interesting documentary. The CEO section felt a little hollow (which felt like the point) and I laughed out loud when Altman answered the question of "if China came out with a better AI, would you loosen restrictions to get ahead?" With "uhhhhh, we'll ask the government"
