Also, aren't we officially in an official ceasefire?

National-Charity-435 5 days ago +4
The ceasefire will be intact regardless of actions from either side or by kegseth's standard, they'd have to go to Congress to get authorization for war

Pakistan, lying for Trump. Got it

Mrc3mm3r 5 days ago +7
Lying for themselves, they're the only people who get something out of the ceasefire.

Koala_eiO 5 days ago +2
What do they get? Genuine question, I have no idea what Pakistan does and why it's the intermediary.

I mean it's not like the Pakistani government is a shining beacon of competence either.

I'm trying to understand why Iran has to make peace - Iran did NOT ATTACK anyone - Israel and USA ATTACKED Iran. Why does us govt think Iran OWES anything? Iran 'defended' themselves and should NOT have to give up anything. Definitely got some mental errors going on making demands on Iran like that, get back to reality and tell the truth.

Majestic_Standard_51 5 days ago +8
Iran have been attacking their own people and funded terrorists that have killed in the thousands for decades. Iran is a major problem for the area and need to be dealt with. Doesnt take away that USA and Israels actions are idiotic.

Iran was a fine country until the USA were unhappy that the Iranian prime minister of the time focused on nationalisation of the oil companies. The USA removed him, they made room for the islamists.

Majestic_Standard_51 5 days ago -2
And now they try to fix that mistake
-2
FishmongerJr 5 days ago +3
Give me a break. The mistake was made in 1953. We should have stayed out of Iran and let them control their own oil and the Ayatollah would have never come to power. What needs to be fixed is our incessant need to control everyone and everything.

Idk how many times I shake my head at things Israel or US say - so delusional and won't hide that 'I/we RULE the world' delusions
1
Majestic_Standard_51 5 days ago -2
So you are defending letting terrorism thrive, a country to destroy their own people and at the same time while being that dangerous create nukes. Got it.

FishmongerJr 5 days ago +5
Nope, I’m not. But I understand why you’re trying to say “if you don’t agree with me, you agree with terrorists!” Because it’s all you’ve got. It’s the only way you can protect your fragile ego and flimsy belief system. Iran is bad, yes. But America is also bad, and our actions can not be justified or whitewashed through a false altruistic lens. You attempting to do so is naive and embarrassing.

No, they're trying to install another pro-US leader, which will cause another revolution and another fundamentalist.

So I lost a polymarket bet because I said the Iran conflict won't end by June and apparently it resolved as over by early April last month... People contested it but it's final, the US Iran conflict ended April 7 or something.

Polymarket is a scam. I'm sorry that you lost your money but it was foolish to put it there in the first place
4
Rich_Housing971 5 days ago
Polymarket is great for sports betting. Genius, even, because all they have to do is take a small cut and risk nothing, unlike traditional bookies where you are betting against the company and the company stands to lose if too many customers bet correctly even from the weighted odds. It's win-win, because bettors are getting real market-driven odds, and the bookie risks nothing. Just stay away from the political and event betting.

I'm not sorry I lost my money, it was for science and it was like $50. I'm a pretty big gambler in real life so I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

Additional_Quiet2600 5 days ago +1
Considering we just bombed them I'd make an argument.
1
toasohcah 5 days ago +2
People made some wild massive bets, you can see the outrage in the comments of people fighting with polymarket but it's final. Polymarket is %100 a scam as far as I'm concerned and it was only a c**** $50 test for me.

Additional_Quiet2600 5 days ago +1
You got scammed.
