Not when in office, but retired Trump might end up confined to Florida.

When will people start being arrested for these war crimes?

Been asking myself the same thing for 20 years. Don’t hold your breathe.. unless there is another world war and US loses, that’s the only way I can see it happening

Aah, but it's not a war. Just "military exercises". Checkmate, sane people.

America is no stranger to those, so if past actions up to the current day are any indicator, I wouldn't be shocked.

We are well past caring now. We all know nothing will happen.

Brief reminder: The USA is not a member of the ICC or Rome Statute. While I condemn many of the things my country does, I just remind folks that international law or not capable or being enforced is largely hokey. I recall some US policy that states any US citizen tried for war crimes would result in an evasion of the Netherlands, but can’t find a source at this moment.

we can't do anything about russian war crimes and even the US lifted sanctions from their oil. So in that logic the US doesn't count. I think only free and democratic world cares about international law and war crimes ( from Europe to Canada, Australia, South Korea to Japan ).

there's an international police force/military that will enforce punishment for these 'war crimes'?

Leonardo da Vinci "may" have had some talent for painting. A lion "may" be a carnivore
