Yes, intelligence assessment says that, like intelligence said they weren't going to get a nuclear bomb...
But "intelligence" isn't something found in the US administration...thus the US won this war 6 times already and Iran doesn't have a military, navy nor air defence and for sure doesn't have missiles.
