They are under siege currently, I consider that a hostile military action. But I guess the keyword here is immediate, so I imagine they want Cuba to be worst off to soften them.

If I was prez, id start by dropping all sanctions. Normalizing relations. Then id ship over relief supplies including a f*** tonne of solar. Id encourage tourists to go over there and visit as an outreach gesture. Id air drop self contained starlink sets, so they can get online again and let the internet do its thing. Inside a year, they'd be having anime cons, tiktok streamers, beach parties, and all sorts of other capitalist c***.

This is a meaningless article; it almost seems like a feint.
