I think it’s any of the high traffic coast airports. Sky Harbor is a relatively large international airport and wait times are 20 minutes or less. That’s pretty normal. On the flip side, ATL is 4 hours. But to your point, LAX claims 2-3 minutes at time of posting (3:15 PDT).
