Oh neat. I remember reading recently how they axed some cybersecurity divisions.

Elon can take over cyber security of the US. He already took care of the wasteful spending with his meme coin team.

May as well put Barron in charge, idk if you’ve heard but he has unbelievable aptitude in technology and knows how to turn on a computer.

It's the only thing turned on by a Trump in decades.

I think CISA issued the warning. CISA falls under DHS and is not being paid during the continued shutdown.

So.. we can thank people who should be paid but aren’t for looking out for us? Thanks you guys for that, truly. Also, seems like maybe not a great time to wage war, particularly one against a population (never really a good time for that TBH).

And our Iran experts were canned just before this definitely-not-a-war.

Not to worry! That was only for Russia.

None of this had to happen.

Correct. Just had to vote for Kamala! Except racism, sexism and bigotry were more important than anything to millions of Americans. So they voted fascist instead.

Biden would have won. Then we'd have a polite, well mannered, confused old man as a figurehead as the puppet president instead of the utter shitshow we have now. Trump can only beat women.

Yes it did. Trump is a symptom, not the cause of our problems

For anyone who thinks there's a coherent strategy here — read his own words day by day. March 14: "Please help us." March 16: "We don't need any help at all." March 16: "I was just testing to see who's listening to me." Full timeline with 36 days of quotes: [https://thestraitwatch.com/](https://thestraitwatch.com/)

I can’t count how many times you guys told the world you were the greatest democracy in the world, especially in the decades after 9/11 Now you guys are stumped by the guy you elected and have no idea what to do about it? Wow defunding your education really hit hard

The US is arrogant. 9/11 brought about some strange nationalism. Defunding schools has been disastrous. Too many people support Trump. Too many people are twiddling their thumbs. Eight million people just marched - and that’s just who officially attended. There were crowds on every street corner where I live - organic mini marches. People are writing to their representatives, but a lot of them are bought-and-sold. People are volunteering to support undocumented immigrants in their area. People are antagonizing ICE. The US government does not answer to the people. It answers to money. I have a good congressman and one good senator. I volunteer. I donate. I am not violent. I would surely accidentally shoot myself if I had a gun. I have no idea what to do other than try to leave Yes. I’m stumped.

> Defunding schools has been disastrous. I'll never understand this fundamental failure of the US school system. Their schools go under-funded while they allow them all to be used as shooting ranges for free. Seriously? Where's that American mercurial capitalist attitude gone? Charge the shooters an entrance fee and experience schools funded like never before!

I'm still sure all these lead pipes around my neighborhood they're finally getting around to replacing are in no way correlated with poor decision making in aggregate either. I would think many of the large US cities face similar infrastructure problems at least the relatively older ones in the eastern part of the country.

2 protestors shot out of millions of people on the street, none in the recent antiwar protests which had millions. Compare that to protests in Iran where tons of people get shot or arrested every time they protest. The people have minimal say in their government because everyone who can run for elected office is handpicked by a group appointed by their supreme leader. People living under a better democracy shouldn’t be less brave than those in a dictatorship

Cyber attacks from Iran, or cyber attacks from the federal government claiming it was Iran?

I live in Phoenix and I worry every summer about our power even without looming threats because of an unjust war. We live in an inhospitable land, similar to the Iraqi people. Their leaders seem more sane tho

Iran will retaliate by attacking US cyber infrastructure and Trump will try to completely give the country over to Israel… before Nov of course.

I hope it doesn’t happen. But if it does, I’ll admit we deserve it.
