Pssst dear MAGA, China is already involved in Iran. China gets at a minimum 8% of their total energy from Iran in the form of shadow fleets. That energy from Iran to China has not slowed down one bit since the US and Israel started this illegal war with Iran. To put that into context, China gets approximately 1.8 million barrels of oil from Iran per day in this capacity. Further, Iran is using Chinese tech to defend itself. So while China might not be directly involved like lobbing missiles into Israel and carpet bombing Israelis like Israel and the US has been doing to Iranians in Tehran, they are still involved. It's pretty hilarious how completely misinformed the MAGA cult is on this. The clear winners in the US/Israel Iran War is Iran and China. Period.

Is this guy daft? China is obviously involved and has been for decades. Did he win a cereal box contest or something for this job?

China has been involved with Persia for thousands of years. Their cooperation and trades aren't exactly a new thing. Weapons/info for oil is just the face of the silk road.

sometime public statements are for protocol, not just for discussion or vague assumptions. It provides policy makers to refer to facts and turn it into pressure or negotiation weight. A bit like: 'we see what you do and there are FAFO elephants in the room'

The previous round of trade war with China went super well! I’m sure it will work even better this time!

I've had Americans tell me they won the trade wars, so, you know, the base really does believe that.

>U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said on Friday that the ‌**United States is trying to maintain a stable relationship** with China USA is not about stability these days. President "pump & dump" insider trading is making everything unstable.

Iran is drooling for China to join the fight. This is exactly what they hope for, but China is smart enough not to take the bait.

You know what also complitcates things, the US fracking up China\`s energy source. The US looks some poorly socialized dumbass who has no clue what consequences are to its misdeeds.
