They don’t get replaced anymore actually. I have a lifetime warranty on my implant and 20 year ‘full coverage’ on them essentially. Insurance covers my breast surgeries, but my breast surgeons say I’ll die in my set unless I electively have revisions Edit- mine were placed when I was 38 due to early onset breast cancer. That means I could have them for 40 years or more. I ain’t making it 40 more, but the implant could long outlive me

Why would getting them at 40 make those things a non-concern?

I’m not a fan of implants in general. I grew up during the 90s when every girl in adult films aspired to be the bottled blonde with bolt-ons & the tiny landing strip every girl rocked because it was on every page in every girly magazine & GGG video. But I have known some online folks who got implants and only kept them for a decade or so. Sagging may be an issue, but the sag is the good stuff. It’s mother nature’s design. It’s gravity at work. I know a girl I hang with sometimes and though she has no desire to get enhanced there like her mother did, but did get caught up believing her mum to get rhinoplasty. She was mortified by the results & has had a few more surgeries, but not one has brought her back to the nose she had in the first place & it gets her so down. I get it; we’re all underwhelmed about something to do with our own bodies. She’s flat-chested but has the perfect frame for it, and afaik only one guy wanted her to get augmentation.
