I hope she doesnt stop there and goes for literally every character on the show. They're all insufferable

ThePr0vider 2 days ago +1

She’s just missed her then as she’s moved to Rome.

Really enjoying that you're interpreting this as the song and I think the other person is referencing Emily in Paris. Two very different vibes haha

I hate when I think of a joke and someone's beat me to it 😒

That's a sign it was a good joke. Use it in the wild!

No, it's a sign that it was the first thing everyone thought of.

Isn’t Emily not actually in Paris next season?

PetyrDayne 3 days ago +16
I saw a poster a while and thought the show moved to Rome. Maybe I hallucinated it.

OscarWilde1900 3 days ago +12
Part of the most recent season was in Rome. She’s back in Paris by the end of it though.

100% can see Netflix putting out a promo where Wednesday says she’s in Paris to kill Emily.

This will not happen

Helps Netflix deal with having to make things in France to keep operating in France.

Was S2 any good?
11
D34THDE1TY 4 days ago +54
The best part of both seasons is Wednesday and Enid's friendship.

XThePlaysTheThingX 3 days ago +18
While true I think more specifically the best episode of S2 was the Freaky Friday-ish one. Everything else from the season was all over the place.

Spacetyp 3 days ago +16
And the new best girl, Agnes.

Have you met Anya Taylor-Joy? The best and only Magik there ever is.

I didn't do the math, but it feels like Evie Templeton wins on the eye-to-face-surface ratio.

Agnes was good, but she took a bit of getting used to.

It had a HORRIBLE first few episodes but ended up being something watchable by the end

lodenreattorm 3 days ago +27
Not really. There's a fun bodyswap episode but overall, its an extremely talented cast carrying a miserable awfully written poorly paced story.
27
NoNefariousness2144 3 days ago +9
It didn’t help they decided to fit four different season’s worth of plots into 8 episodes.

I see “body-swap” episode and just… ehhh. That got old in the 1960s.

Unlike these commenters I actually enjoyed S2 more than S1. There's no forced romance plot with Wednesday, and the rest of the Addamms family are reoccurring characters to the cast - and that made a huge difference.

Loved season 1. Started season 2 and lost interest half way through.

Cha0tic_Engine 3 days ago +1
I had the oppsite reaction to s2. I disliked the first 4(?) and last 4 were okay. But I have no interest whatsoever in watching s3 in any case.

Built4dominance 3 days ago +4
Pretty weak, honestly.

First half no. The rest is ok.

BurgerNugget12 3 days ago +4
Yeah it’s fun, loses steam a bit at the end but still a good time

I thought it was as good as the first season. Its fun, but not very deep. You'd think Tim Burton would stylize the hell out of the show, and while season 2 has more of that, its still pretty restrained. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

TheEmpireOfSun 3 days ago +1
It was great.

Much more of an Addam's Family show so if you liked the vibes of the rest of the family you'll probably enjoy it. I liked it better than s1. I think the expanded focus on the rest of the cast does the show a lot of good and lets Wednesday herself pop more.
1
Panikkrazy 4 days ago +1
Yes but I’m worried it’s going to run out of steam.

Couldn’t even get through season 2 after enjoying season 1 - not sure what it was but just didn’t click for me

Own_Citron6260 4 days ago +39
I liked the swapped episode though. For me idc about monsters and those cgi wolves or whatever. I like when she’s in the real world. I hope this is more like that considering she’s in Paris

RefinedBean 4 days ago +44
The show should've been her in a regular high school with her roommate as the class president or whatever and it would have been a million times better

Mr-Nanny 4 days ago +9
The Freaky Friday swap was nice but problem was you can only do that once. Every other episode was kind of meh.
9
Vio_ 4 days ago +4
I think it'd be nice to have a few episodes about Pugsley

Khiva 3 days ago +1
That's because the writing for Wednesday (the character) was just worse, so giving her a different personality made her less insufferable.

TimLordOfBiscuits 4 days ago +13
The pacing of having the season being broken up killed it for me. I watched the first half of the show not knowing they did that, and I just never went back for the second half. The break in time was too long for me to really remember everything and really didn't care enough to watch the whole season again.
13
GamingTatertot 3 days ago +2
The break in time was a month

The actress playing Wednesday is just too miserable in the wrong way. Ricci was so much better. Getting through the last season was a slog.

Ils sont fous et ils sont loufoques. Mystérieusement sinistres. Ils sont carrément glauques. La famille Addams. (claquement de doigts) (claquement de doigts)

She and Enid run into Emily and they all try for jobs with Miranda Priestly, who falls for W's neo goth ensemble. I should write TV

Wonder how it'll work considering Ortega looks like an eyebrow-less skeleton these days.
