Go to the gym, or go for a walk and listen to an Audio book. Then have a shower, put comfy clothes/sweats on and cook some food. After that I'll either watch a TV series, read or game

I take my dog to the park. Over time, I became casual friends with the other regulars. We’re not hanging out elsewhere, but we chat about our lives and families. Some kind of recurring activity is great. I used to go to a weekly board games group, but it fell apart as everyone got busy. Or are there any errands/chores you could make a habit of doing on a weeknight so that you have more time to enjoy a big block of time on the weekend? TV + Laundry isn’t a bad way to spend a Tuesday night.

Sit on a cushy chair on my patio. Pack some premium greens into my bong. Pour a class of Basil Hayden, neat. Scroll..

Hit happy hour at the same bar for some beers with the same crowd for about 4 years. Head home when the wife gets home get the kids and just hear how everyone’s day went. Shower watch a movie then go to sleep.

Drink barley tea and play Tetris. I dunno, Tetris helps me unwind and just scratches my brain just right.
