What do I do now??

so for context my gf and I of 1 year, (recent anniversary last week) recently had a large canon thing Am I overreacting or I know the answer and I’m just looking for it to be said?  My gf impulsively I might add. Applied for this training to HR that requires she may move. We’ve talked about the opportunity of growth before but we never discussed like going through w it. Yday it kinda got stamped at work that they are considering her. And I’m happy but lease ends on June, program starts in June. We had a conversation about her pretty much leaving me.  Is this what’s going on? And this was her leave edit: we talked again after this above paragraph and she seems both ways. She admits she thinks that’s what it was, that she was leaving then realized how hard it would be to not be with me. And it all settled so she withdrew the application , does that mean it’s good?
