I have a mental breakdown and then I try to pull myself together and then try again. Rinse and repeat.

We fail all day long constantly at things and we’re imperfect but the fact that you try is what makes the difference.
Unless you’re Dennis Rader. Or like Michael Vick or some shit.
Then you can go straight to hell.

I usually take a step back, breathe and remind myself that failing doesn’t define me, it’s just feedback. Then I figure out one small thing I can do differently next time and start again.

Remind myself that I'm only human and that we all make mistakes.

Don't see it as setback but as a chance to learn and grow.

I I don’t see it as failure. I see it as additional information… something I can learn from and use to make better decisions going forward.
Without those experiences, I wouldn’t know what works or doesn’t work for me. I try to approach it with curiosity instead of judgment.

I like to think of it as any attempt that I fail, I do so with every fiber of my being to fail upward.
Like the Down syndrome guy who fell into the tree - Make the success questionable.
