Sleep's clutch but sometimes I get stuck in that cycle where I'm sleeping too much and it just makes everything feel worse. When things pile up I usually step away from screens for a bit and go walk around the neighborhood or hit up a local coffee shop. There's something about getting out of my usual environment that helps reset my headspace. Also found that doing something creative with my hands - even just sketching random stuff - pulls me out of overthinking mode way better than scrolling or binge watching shows.

Go outside in nature. Buy a new book. Go out for a walk. Watch new movie. Cook something different. Anything to get my mind off what’s stressing me out. Then I come back with a fresh perspective and look a life a little better.

Take a moment to myself, re centre on what is important to me and being grateful. Get rid of the noise!

sometimes you just gotta take a step back and breathe, man. reach out to friends or go for a walk, getting some fresh air can help clear your head.

I spend a large portion of every day plotting an escape plan. Haven't managed to come up with anything viable yet. Keep going in my job that I despise, paying rent and achieving nothing, or live in my car, or choose to be homeless and set up camp in the forest, or go to an ashram in India are my current options. I'm tired I want to opt out of it all. I'm 46 years old.

Keep yourself busy, for me it was writing my novel, I didn't worry about whether it was good on not I just focused on the word count and putting ideas to paper so yeh keep yourself busy with something, not a distraction like gaming or scrolling but something like reading, writing, gym or studying a niche interest, until things calm themselves down or you eventually figure things out, you just keep working on yourself the world isn't gonna change but you know, you can work on changing yourself.
Always great to support yourself with friends if they're a good support system but not everyone has that ya know.

A walk in the woods, first thing in the morning when the sun’s coming up. If you’re not near woods find a park. A little bit of nature always helps.

I'd say hibernate in bed...but I've grasped a little control this morning and stripped the bed😬...
Been into the open world bought some new cleaning stuff and plan on a deep clean!...
Have yet to return home so hopefully I shall still be motivated to pop some music on open my windows and spring clean. Although my fridge has a yummy bar of chocolate in it...could keep my blinds closed and vegetate!!
Hope you find something for today that helps...just one day or hour at at time...small things of achievement help me when I'm not at work and in a routine. Weekends and school holidays kill me.

I’d take a break step away breathe do something small just for me and not try to fix everything at once.

Meditate, nap with my fur baby, and then prioritize how to handle everything as best I can one step at a time.
