Whenever I go to a pizzeria, I love watching the pizza chef making pizza. Especially stretching the dough. They all do it slightly differently. But then also spreading the sauce and cheese and toppings and launching it into the oven. I just love watching that.
What experiences do you just get into that might be unexpected?
Painting. Not art, just a regular room. Watching the space slowly transform with a new color as you go is great.
