Hace unos días fui a una psiquiatra por primera vez y resulta que debo medicarme por depresión (empecé hace un par de días). Hasta hace un tiempo era feliz 🥺 ahora reflexiono que mi motor es mi novio, mis papás, mis abuelos y mis perritas. Ellos estarían demasiado demasiado mal sin mi. Nothing really. Not a violent person so not actively suicidal, but pretty checked out. I think this developed nihilism derived from long-term mental health issues brings an opportunity to dedicate my life to helping others.
