If you were to directly compare it to Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel, what kind of channel would you say it was in comparison? I'm talking specifically about the United states version, which was born on Tuesday, October 22nd, 1996 and died on Sunday, October 10th, 2010.
Given my age, I can really only recall ‘Popular Mechanics for Kids’ and I think a young Elisha Cuthbert pre-‘24’ was a host.

I really enjoyed Discovery Kids. I was there at the right time to grow up with Tutenstein and Kenny the Shark and Growing up Creepie and the rest of them. Still bummed that Future is Wild ended on a cliffhanger.

It's interesting you mention Future is Wild since that was the very last show to be added to Discovery Kids lineup and that was three years before the death of the channel.

I remember really being into this show where two kids explored old urban legends and myths to see if they had scientific explanations, although I can't remember the name... but I do remember the episode about the Romanoffs.
