Everyone will be driving a car that is at least ten years old.
Edit: I do that now and always have. But it seemed like it was more of an outlier move for the last part of the 20th century. And then it just got less common to get a new car over time.

This is true but it sucks because ten years old cars cost what 5 year old cars used to

honestly it depends on trump. if he keeps going the way he is, america won't look like a democracy in 10 years, it'll just be a corporation with a flag

That fully depends on who you are going to vote for and what they are going to do to try and get out of this mess. Remember: just voting Democrat is not going to solve the problem. They may be the lesser of two evils, but they didn't prevent this from happening either. While I don't think you can fully blame them for that (as their hands were often tied), there are some underlying issues that need to be addressed, and I don't know if they will be able to do that unless they have some very strong leaders and a very strong mandate to introduce real change.
This mess came to be because a very large part of America felt very strongly that Trump was the better solution. Trump! Clearly, a very large part of America has lost all sense of perspective. How are you going to address that? Their concerns *must* be addressed in a sustainable and believable way, or the 2012 elections will see another radical swing. Things need to fundamentally change, not just for the typical city dwelling democrat, but also for Joe McMeth in Pisscreek Tennessee. Education has failed him. Healthcare has failed him. He feels unseen and unheard, and despite everything Trump has "done", he *still* feels like Trump, the billionaire, is his friend, simply because he looks and sounds like a hero to him. The only thing that might change his mind is if things actually change for him. How are you going to do that?

Depends if the fascists can manage to consolidate their control or not.
Too early to say which way the country will go.

Pre collapse Soviet block. Everyone living in apartments/condos, only rich own property, elites loyal to a party own all luxury items.

Hard to say. Despite what people say, I don’t think the American people are gonna be happy about fighting on behalf of Israel in what people are calling World War III right now. I smell a revolution brewing, even if we’re in the early stages.
