Overthinking every possible outcome and fearing failure usually freezes me more than actual obstacles do.

1) fear of the unknown and excitement are the two side of the same coin. Flip it again.
2) nothing really matters, life has no sens and purpose, so nothing stop you from giving him your own sens.
3) people around you trully DOESN'T CARE about you. They might juge you on the moment, and one hour later you ll disapear from their life for ever. It won't MATTER. ( I had a long term paperwork paralysis. I thought people would get mad because I was late for some stuff... They trully didn't give a F*** and meanwhile, for months, I was scare to death and delayed again and again and again.
You have nothing to loose. Most of them are there to do their job, that's it. )

I have pretty severe ADHD. It’s difficult not to act on impulse and chase novelty in all aspects of my life lol

Overthinking so much that doing nothing feels like the safest move.

Thinking on how much my life can improve just by trying. Somethings don't need to be perfect

I just learned about something called rejection sensitivity, and yeah that's pretty much it. It's so bad, I will avoid giving someone a gift because I'm afraid they won't like it.

Recognizing that we are all unique beings bound by a cosmic hierarchy, where every action carries eternal weight; we must exercise absolute restraint and never act out of turn.
