I've noticed this too - those people just seem more at peace with themselves. Like they're not constantly keeping score or trying to one-up everyone in conversations. Makes hanging out with them way more chill since you're not walking on eggshells wondering if they're judging your life choices

Watch how they talk about people who aren't there. If they defend someone’s character behind their back when it would be easier to join in on the gossip, you’ve found someone with a solid moral compass.
