I have a curious mind which makes it easy for me to have conversations with strangers.

Not being bothered by anything

People even strangers feel comfortable telling me what they are going through or have been through, then shake their head and say "I don't know why or how I just told you that." I just listen and offer a hug if I feel it's acceptable. Some ask for advice, some don't want it, some don't want but need the brutal answer and are usually thankful that I said it. It's always thin ice to walk on but I'm really good at not stepping on the cracks.

If you know the parable of the leaky bucket. I’m a VERY leaky bucket and I found throughout my life that me being candid about my imperfections and how I handle it helps people. I make a difference being different.

I don’t know, but reading all these comments make me genuinely so happy. It feels so refreshing to see people seeing themselves positively, and I feel proud of them/you 😭
