Honestly, learning how to talk to people is probably it. Not just speaking clearly, but actually making someone feel like you get them. Careers, friendships, even just getting what you want at a restaurant. It all goes smoother when people enjoy talking to you.

being able to communicate effectively is key. it opens doors in every aspect of life, whether it's personal relationships or professional connections.

Communication skills, followed by people skills. Nothing else comes close in terms of total impact both financially and mentally.

Radical acceptance, you can't change the past so why dwell on it. Move on work through it even when it's hard. Accept that your situation isn't ideal (it really never will be) but that's also not stopping you from working with what you have or creating your own opportunities. But you can't do any of that till you've accepted things for how they TRULY are.

Know your limits and work to overcome them? I'm young so no need to take this at face value
