The best is my current l, s24 ultra but my favourite was an old Sony Ericsson from around 2004, cant remember the name but I loved it. It was fully white and had lile a spoiler on it and flashed blue lights when it rang edit: z520i just found it

Don't think I had any "bad" phones, most of them I chose very carefully.
Some notable models were N95, Nexus One, X Compact.
Overall my current phone is probably the best I've had, even if it's design isn't radical in any way, it has the fewest problems overall. Motorola G Stylus 2025 from Fi.

I see everyone is pointing to old models. What is the criteria to consider an old phone better than a new generation model by almost any brand? I mean you can still buy basic non smart phones, that last 1 week without charging and use only sim for connectivity.
