someone sends a message that just says Hey, or Can I ask you a question? and then they wait for you to reply before saying anything else. direct it to the point!

Speaking of which, I'm peeved by corporate emails to customers which open with "Hey !" First of all, that is highly undignified - I'm not your buddy or roommate; second, they always omit the comma after "Hey"; and third, that unwanted faux-familiarity makes me want to simply stop doing business with you at once.

Do not ever buy Glad wrap - it sucks! What you should get instead is STRETCH-TITE wrap which is highly superior, even if it costs a little more. It has a little sharp plastic sliding gizmo which cleanly cuts off the wrap and leaves a flap of it to grasp for next time. It's strong, clings fantastically, and holds up much better in the microwave than c*** Glad does.

People that bring babies into movie theaters or restaurants. It's selfish as hell. Everyone else paid to enjoy themselves, not to hear a baby shriek or make lots of gross/annoying noises. I'm a firm believer in the "find a sitter or stay home" mindset. One person's desire to get out of the house shouldn't supercede everyone else's. Not even remotely sorry to say that, either.
