Brushing my teeth twice a day. Used to just brush in the morning. My teeth weren't doing too hot.

Doing 100 a day of any exercise. Started at push ups every day, then it became just 100 of anything. 180 days later and it’s prob one of the best habits I’ve ever had. Greatest shape of my life and it helped me fill out.
