What Series is strong for a 'First Time' watch through?

I want to do a YouTube series where I watch through a completed Series for the first time and then post a video where I talk about what I liked, disliked, and make predictions and what is going to happen next. Doesn't have to be a current show. I've watched a lot of the big ones like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, House of Dragon etc. But I feel like there are a lot of classic ones I haven't seen like Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Who, etc. Any ideas? Edit: I also have not really touched Animes. Witch Hat is the first one that has really pushed me to watch more

Fringe ! It's like X-Files but more sci-fi. If you do let me know I'll follow the YouTube. (and not too long at 5 seasons / 100 episodes)

and Lance Reddick! ...but John Noble's character is my favorite. It's a legit gem, one of the best series of its time.

Halt and Catch Fire is really, really good, and also relatively short (4-5 seasons I think).

I watched the first 2 seasons I believe and loved it. I think my ADHD just kicked me in the butt though ha ha

Pluribus, Legion, Dark (if you don’t mind subtitles, one of the best shows imo) Dark would be excellent for predicting what’s going to happen

Hahaha it was the same for me! After two or three episodes though I got super into it. It’s extremely well done, great soundtrack too
