If you treated your friends like you treated yourself, you wouldn't have friends.
If you treated yourself like you treated your friends, you might find contentment.

I've been passively suicidal since my early teens, maybe younger. I've never actively tried to do anything about it, but that constant voice in the back of my head is always there. It's ruined my life in ways I can't articulate.
I'm 43.

I’m more or less like that. Learned to ignore it when I was a teen because I’ll be damned if death is going to win in that way.
Thoughts are still there weekly if not daily. It’s like tinnitus for me though. Just annoying noise.
Hope it gets better for you.

I think realizing that everyone really does struggle. It can really feel like everyone is so much happier than you, and sometimes that is a bit true, but a lot of times they probably see you that same way

It's not the size of the boat it's the motion of the ocean
Confidence is key
That's not the only way to please a woman by far. You can't choose ur body but you can choose what kind of person u are
Sex is more like a skill anyway. The dudes who have the big ones tend to think they are r gods gift to mankind and that their large member do all the work. It's usually the average/ smaller guys who put in the effort and can please women

The only thing we can really truly control is our reaction to the things that happen around us.

I’m not an inherently bad, mean, or evil person
I was undiagnosed autistic and didn’t understand why I kept hurting people by accident, and reasoned I must just be a bully by nature. Didn’t realize I had a disability that primarily affected my social development. I remember thinking this at like….7 years old, fully believing it to be true, and only when I was like? What? 16? 17? When I was finally able to tell myself “you’re kind and compassionate”
