My stepdad was a d***** to me my childhood & hit me and hurt me from time to time. But just because I had issues with emotions and autism(which was later revealed). She said it didnt happen and I must have been hallucinating. Cause I am not right in the head. I forgave them, they said sorry, admitted they might have been wrong(good enough for me) but I won't forget. Still hurts me emotionally from time to time.
