What’s a completely normal animal behavior that still freaks you out for no reason?

Dogs staring at nothing and growling Probably hearing something. Still feels like they’re seeing a ghost

Spiders just sitting completely still for hours drives me crazy. Like I know they're just waiting for prey or whatever but when you see one in exact same spot for entire day it feels like they're plotting something against you specifically Also cats staring at empty corners - my neighbor's cat does this and I always check what she's looking at but there's never anything there
