I secretly enjoy fixing things around the house more than my actual job. There's just something incredibly satisfying about a door that finally stops squeaking or a faucet that doesn't leak anymore. It’s like putting the world back in order, one screw at a time.

No one knows I've already tried a couple of times this year. It didn't work, obviously, much to my chagrin. I keep telling friends and family that I'm past my breaking point but they just don't seem to understand that I mean it. Oh, and please no hotline info. I've spent hours on the phone with them already this month.

I currently just walked in the house and it’s almost 6 AM. I was out with people that were drunk all night and I’ve been sober 67 days and counting. Best believe I wanted to drink so bad tho. Virgin mojitos seem to be saving me.

Got formally diagnosed with high level adult adhd at 41 and started taking meds. They really help but it isnt something I'll ever tell friends or family. Only my loving and supportive wife knows and I'm good with that.
