What's a secret you're taking to the grave but are willing to tell strangers on here?

I’ve acted like I moved on way faster than I actually did but whole time I was still stuck

I felt pressured to move on quickly, so I just started faking it. Now I’ve built this version of myself that’s "over it," and I can’t even tell anyone I’m still struggling because I’ve committed to the lie for so long

I've been there but ykw, time can heal. I know it sounds cliche but really, it takes time to accept things genuinely, whether a grief of the loved ones or your past relationships. And that's totally fine, you don't have to hide your feelings, you need to feel it and confront it. A little compassion to yourself and that's life.

Nice try, FBI 😭 But fine—once I waved back at someone who wasn’t waving at me… and I still think about it at 3am.

Damn if someone ik irl finds this account, pls act like u didnt I sometimes wish I wasnt seen as a man in society. Im not trans, just reject a lot of the stuff forced into men Like being forced to keep body hair, being forced to cut hair short (at least here its really seen as something worth punishing for, anything "femenine" on men could risk your chance to get a job or a partner, is that serious and it sucks), being forced to boring men clothing (standing out is bad here), Idk I could complain more in detail but I dont feel like it rn. Tldr: Ig the main thing is just I wish I wasnt on risk of losing my entire life for not wanting to be a "Man" Stereotype

I admire 90's singers and wish I lived their generation.

I once accidentally broke my roommate's expensive limited-edition laptop and let him believe it was a power surge during a storm. He got an insurance payout and a newer model, so technically he won, but I still feel like a fraud every time he brings it up

I found my dad’s secret listnook account where he writes wholesome fanfiction about my mom and I'm literally taking that to my grave.

Such as having a secret, temporary, or entirely separate identity from family. People often share acts of quiet kindness, like sending anonymous flowers, or major deceptions, like faking a miscarriage or secret debts, which they plan to take to the grave to avoid destroying relationships.

i've been molested as a child by my uncle (dad's eldest sibling). dad looks highly of his older brother. i don't have the guts to tell them.

One time I had a secret relationship with someone in my extended family for about a year. No one ever found out and it’s something I’ll probably never talk about in real life.

I find absolutely no sense or purpose in telling my secrets to strangers here. So yes, I am taking them to the grave, they will remain secret.
