What's attractive or unnactractive in others to you but you rarely mention it because its an unusaul thing to point out?

Loud men who use the volume to add credibility to their statement and to sound smart has always been so unattractive to me.

the way someone laughs. genuine, open laughter is so magnetic, but i rarely tell people that, it sounds like an unusual compliment

I'm big on people's voices and grammar.

Long hair on a man will melt me every time. Every time. Crow’s feet on women are divine. Means they’ve spent a lot of time smiling with their eyes. Finding contentment in small things, the capacity for gratitude, makes me wet. Grey hair on any human, love me a healthy dash of salt and pepper. Clean, elegant hands on any human, just beautiful. Surprise and gratitude during sex, realizing we’re lucky when we’re given the gift of the body of another person. That’s always so precious to me. Stretch marks and scars on any human. Means you’re real and have lived. Soooo hot. So hot. When I compliment you and you can actually receive it. Show me that solid self-esteem baby, let’s go. Responsiveness in basically all forms. Sexually, physically, textually, etc.

I had a devil of a time dating when I was living in New Jersey because I just can't stand the accent, but it's not like you can tell someone "hey you check all the boxes, but your voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard."

The most unattractive feature is when you're having a conversation with someone and instead of responding to what was said, they just wait their turn (or worse, interrupt!) to just say their unrelated piece without acknowledging the previous statement. At that point, what is even the point of conversing? Its so one sided and lacking dimension

How someone treats silence. Some people get uncomfortable and fill it with noise, others can sit in it naturally… and that says a lot

This thread is confusing the life out of me because in many comments I have no idea if the trait being discussed is considered attractive or unattractive. I keep getting caught/confused by the ending and honestly on some of them I'm still unclear. 🤣

Super clean cut men. Put on a suit and drive an expensive vehicle and I just think they going to be a jerk, I understand not all of them are and it is a me thing

A nice round soft belly. I don't usually mention it because people are so insecure about that area.

I really like it when guys have dirty jeans. Not like a bunch of food stains or covered in poo or something, but stains from dirt or oil that don't come out in the wash. I don't say it cause 1) I'm married and 2) it would be odd to compliment someone on their stained jeans 🤣

I prefer silence. I don’t like unnecessary conversations. I can talk to others and be polite. But someone talking to hear themselves talk or because they feel awkward with silence is no fun. If they need someone to talk to then call someone.

Crooked teeth hit different, society's just mad jealous of the vibe

I find people who are messy eaters to be revolting. By messy, I’m including leaving or strewing crumbs around, not corralling trash like straw covers or sweetener packets, and not noticing or caring if food is on one’s face or has gotten onto clothing.

Smell. Men smell good.

The backs of knees. Knobby knees in general but specifically the backs of knees. They are so cute.

I learned long ago, that when she asks what about her first caught my eye, no woman wants to hear "I just knew your b**** were pendulous and I wanted to see how far they hang"

I love dorky and weak, below average height normal build guys. I didn't realise this until I found myself drooling over Josh Hutcherson in Future Man, Skyler Gisondo in Santa Clarita Diet and Elijah Wood in Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. There's just some incredibly hot about that type of guy that makes me want to take care of them in every possible way.

My friends tell me im attracted to people who are "weird looking". I say I like people with "interesting faces". I have prosopagnosia (Im faceblind), so anything asymmetrical or "unusual" is really appealing to me, because it means I can identify that person more easily.

Deeper, more resonant voices on women is so attractive. I hear a contralto talking or singing and I genuinely want to just listen forever. More generally I find broad shoulders and well-developed muscles on women to be attractive, and more delicately built and featured men attractive. I think my wired got crossed.

Love when people talk to themselves. It’s like, what’s going on in there? So endearing

I'm not a tattoo guy in general, but those random patchwork tattoos are unattractive to me.

for me head shape. not a deal breaker but the right (or wrong) shape affects my attraction to a person. secondarily posture but i think thats common

I like moles. My husband has a bunch all over and he looks like a tall dalmatian. He's adorable.

I intensely dislike mustaches of any kind on men. Goatee or beard, yes. Mustache, no way.

I like when men have manly looking hands lol. For me personally it's a turn off when a guy has smooth hands because it means he doesn't work with them. If a guy has trimmed nails but they're also rough looking with some callus.. 👍

Not sure how common or uncommon this is now, but I am an absolute sucker for tattoos. What I find specifically attractive is tattoos that tell a story about the person's life or experiences that made them into who they are today.

I find men who can command a room without a single word highly attractive I like observant men with a little bit of that aloof quality and also quiet confidence

I don't care about looks at ALL. I go for warmth and kindness

I am repulsed by men’s cologne if I don’t find the man wearing it attractive 😅. It literally turns my stomach . Im sorry I can’t help it . If he’s attractive then the cologne really enhances the attraction.

A nice neck. Not too long, not too short, not weird looking. I know it makes me sound like a vampire.

Guys that low key take pride in their appearance. Not just basic hygiene, and not as far as always dressed up, but actual care routine. And when bald guys decide they’d rather have hair, and get implants or a toupee. Bravo bro, you’re worth feeling your best.

Attractive: natural crazy curly hair. Some peoples dark circles around their eyes. Freckles, (some) crooked teeth, big slender hands with marks from which you can tell they work a lot, dark scratchy voices (like from smokers), red hair :) Unattractive: how some people are extra mistrusting when receiving a compliment from a pretty woman or double checking anything she says. Also some people live by a victim fantasy narrative which you can tell by their face and body language before they even say anything...

Small birthmarks on women's bellies. I really dig that but I would never really mention it aside from over here because you asked.

I guess it'd unusual only because I can't really describe it but I like women who have interesting mouths. An example could be Alicia Silverstone and how her mouth kind of goes sideways.

Phimosis. I know they can’t control it but it looks so painful and uncanny.

I’ve always preferred a man in Carhartts over a man wearing Italian loafers. I couldn’t care less if they have fashion sense. Hard workers who can do more than one specialized task.

I hate if a guy has boney, triangular ankles. It just gives me the ick.

Scars. Especially scars from injuries. I don't know why but if someone is scarred up or maybe even had a slightly fucked up face from injuries I find that really attractive. Something about the imperfection, the stories they tell, the quiet display of strength or what haha. But it feels really inappropriate to say when a lot of people probably feel bad about them, wouldn't want them pointed out etc. Plus, you know, "hey you almost got mangled by a piece of machinery? Hot" just feels.. Very lacking in empathy. Also face tattoos
