What's one Trump policy you agree with, even if you hate him personally?

I agree with his policy of having dementia and dying pretty soon

Can you list any policies that you think might have broad appeal?

It was probably time to phase out pennies, but he managed to f\*\*\* that up, too.

No tax on tips or overtime is one of the exceedingly rare things he has come up with that I actually agree with. I'll still be taking a day off to celebrate when he dies.

He hates all the republicans.

Saying anything nice about Trump will get you down voted so fast that people are probably too scared to reply

So, I wonder if there are truly unique people, and why they think so

People can be right on accident sometimes.

Even if you hate him, finding one policy you agree with is like spotting Wi‑Fi in the wilderness rare, but it happens

Our border policy needed fixed. Just not the way he's doing it.

I think he was correct in recognizing that China was ripping off western IP and using it to build their industries up at the expense of the West. And the rest of NATO really ought to spend more on their own defense. Most do, but much of NATO became too dependent on American military might. Now, I still see great value in maintaining the alliance and working with our NATO partners whereas Trump very clearly takes the Kremlin view on it. The First Steps act was good legislation. and while his initial handling of the COVID pandemic was disastrous, Operation Warp Speed to bring about a swift vaccine was a good thing and could only have been possible with the help of the federal government. He had some solid cabinet picks in his first administration, genuine adults in the room like Mattis or HR McMaster. Apart from those, I fundamentally disagree on just about everything else he’s ever done.

We both think Ivanka is hot and we’d both f*** her if given the chance

The cancellation of student visas from grad students with undisclosed ties to their home governments’ intelligence agencies who were using it as cover for espionage. That was from his first term. It made a lot of news, but the news didn’t have access to the evidence that the change was based on.

Getting pete rose unbanned, pardoning Ross ulbricht, axing the penny (even if the rollout of it was terrible), and lowering weed's DEA classification. Nothing else. I've been trying very hard to think of things.

trying to bring more industry to the usa even if the implementation is not the best it is a good idea on paper

He could have done that by having his own products made in the U.S. and paying workers a living wage. He didn't, because he make more money if they are made in China.

the idea is good, the implementation not so much. personaly i would use the money from terrifs to give starting funds to new american factories and give tax cuts to the manufacturing industry in a simular way that farmers get tax cuts sometimes, i would also introduce an official made in america stamp to put on products as well as denouncing the use of child labor as a way to motivate people to buy american made products.

Businesses got tax cuts already, but they still use overseas labor, because it's so much cheaper.

The idea is fine since COVID shows how our supply chains can be shut down, so having infrastructure to fall back on is crucial, but yeah, Trump and the GOP as a whole shown they can't be trusted to set it up.

“America First!” It’s a great policy and one we should have. Too bad he’s full of shit and isn’t actually American first

They say a broken clock is right twice a day. For me it was China tariffs and… still waiting for number 2. Doubt he is, though, which is why he never wears light colored pants.
