a wall-mounted calendar changed the game for me. now i don't forget appointments or important stuff, and it keeps my brain from exploding.

Same, but for a calendar in my phone, with reminders/notifications, and shared with my family. I would just forget to check the wall calendar...

Having SOME routines throughout my day. Nothing crazy but just some structure.

Accepting that my laundry sometimes gets washed at a temperature that doesn't entirely match the label. I used to seperate 8 different categories, which gave me 8 washes minimum a week. I'm now down to 3 or 4 and the headspace it frees up is amazing.

It’s fun. it’s like a movie or TV show. You dont know whats gonna happen next and that makes life exciting. even the bad things.
